Construction

CONSTRUCTION 

• All GRP parts are built in a vacuum-infused glass fibre sandwich construction 

• The hull is infused with osmosis-resistant vinyl ester resin and PVC foam core, reinforced with precisely engineered structural inner-liner 

• Fully-cored deck and inner liner infused with polyester resin 

• Moulded non-slip deck walking surfaces 

• Plywood bulkheads glued on the hull and deck structure 

• White single-tone gelcoat, RAL 9003
