Description

Built in 2021 by Nautor Swan, ALIX is the third hull in the shipyard’s Swan 98 series, a line that represents Swan’s long-standing reputation for craftsmanship, performance and reliability. Based in Finland, Nautor Swan has been producing blue-water sailing yachts since 1966, and the 98 model continues that legacy with advanced carbon construction and refined Scandinavian design.

ALIX has been very carefully maintained since delivery and is offered in turnkey condition. Over 20 pages of bespoke upgrades have been implemented since launch, including enhanced navigation systems, upgraded AV equipment and refined soft furnishings in 2024. She is commercially coded and ready for private or charter use.

Designed by German Frers, ALIX features a powerful carbon fiber hull optimized for speed and comfort. She reaches over 12 knots under sail and performs exceptionally well on long passages, offering the kind of dependable, high-performance cruising that Swan yachts are known for. Her telescopic keel ranges from 4.9 to 3.2 meters, allowing her to easily move between deep-ocean sailing and shallow anchorages.

BROKER'S COMMENTS

Every detail of this yacht has been built to the highest standards with over 20 pages of additional upgrades added to her build. ‘Alix’ is a yacht that exudes luxury and the quality that Swan owners expect.

Commercially coded (DNVGL,1A and REG LYC Short Range), telescopic keel for access to most ports, additional hull windows in saloon as well as additional hatches installed to optimize the interior lighting, customized details throughout the interiors, upgraded navigation systems, upgraded mast and rig, diving compressor, and so much more, this is a unique opportunity for any future superyacht owner.

She has been maintained by her professional crew since delivery in 2021 and is in turn-key condition for her next owner.
