Superb Oceanis 45 from 2012, 3 cabin version, equipped with a dinghy davit and solar panels
This owner’s sailboat is offered in a three cabin and two bathroom version, with a convertible saloon that turns into a double bed.
It is equipped with a mainsail on a mast furler and a large overlapping genoa, maneuverable thanks to four winches, one of which is an electric winch dedicated to the mainsail. In terms of propulsion, there is a 54 hp Yanmar engine with saildrive, a powerful engine at low revs and quiet.
The boat has a stainless steel dinghy davit installed in 2023, carrying two 200 W solar panels that ensure excellent electrical autonomy while cruising. It is also equipped with four service batteries and the bilge pump was replaced in 2025.
The cockpit is particularly pleasant, protected by a large bimini and equipped with cushions on the seats. The electric skirt ingeniously completes this space: in the raised position, it forms a large welcoming seat and perfectly secures the cockpit while sailing; in the lowered position, it enlarges the outdoor space and opens up to the sea. The electric cylinders were replaced in 2023, and a remote control allows the skirt to be raised from a distance for peace of mind during shore stops.
There are plenty of external storage options, with large deep lockers in the cockpit as well as a sail locker at the front. Inside, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with two refrigerators totaling 210 liters, as well as multiple storage spaces in the saloon and cabins.
Movement on board is safe: the side decks are wide and there are many handrails present in the cockpit as well as in the companionway. The Simrad electronics provide precise and enjoyable navigation. The Oceanis 45 is renowned for its comfort while sailing, making it an ideal sailboat for cruising with family or friends.
