From 1st owner Unique ocean sailor by Gerard Dykstra, Midzwaard Schooner 77 ft. with clipper stern , sister ship of the "Karambool " Casco completed in 1999 by Mecon Werf at Lemmer. completed in own management at Firma Dudik, launched 2008. Completion cadastre registration 2019.
New Volvo Penta engine 360 hp from 2011, built in 2012, (original engine did not meet) approx 300 engine hours.
Diesel tank 4500 ltr in two tanks, day tank 500 ltr
Water tank 2, each 200 ltr.
New aluminum masts in 2011 (plan was wooden masts but that was abandoned) Rigging 2012 firm Kroon, Stavoren
The Kompass 77 was on the 1st Hiswa boat show and was used as an example for the sister ship Ecolution of Wubbo Ockels.
Gerard Dykstra made the Ecolution 1.5 meters longer because of the 30 tons of batteries.

The Kompass 77 is equipped with 4 sails, original condition but very little used,
All winches are hydraulic. Bow thruster hydraulic
Ship has a hydraulically variable centerboard keel from 1.95 mtr to 3.85 mtr deep
The Compass can dry up to 20 gr
She is equipped with CVO inspection to Dec 30, 2025 and has a nationality certificate

The engine is like new and has few engine hours about 300 engine hours
The generator is from Mastervolt

Furthermore, she has a spacious living room with kitchen and toilet, 2x fridge and 1x 4 drawers freezer, microwave and 4 burner electric cooking, Siemens oven, Whirlpool 6th Sence Washing machine
Port forward cabin has a bunk bed with a queen bed of 2.00 x 1.10 and 2.00 x 0.80, headroom 1.93 mtr
SB forward cabin with bunk beds of 2.00 x 1.10 and 2.00 x 0.80, headroom 1.90 mtr.
In the bow is the crew cabin for 2 persons with separate entrance and bunk beds, sink with hot and cold water and toilet and central heating,

The Kompass 77 has been used mainly as a living quarters and has sailed little so the sails are still in very good condition as is the engine.

The interior paneling is light and simple.
