Description
The Catalina 350 features deep coamings and seats long enough for sleeping highlight the cockpit. Wide weather decks and inboard shrouds make for secure passages. A divided anchor locker has double rollers and electric windlass. Sail controls are led aft on the cabin top to large winches. The powerful, yet easily managed rig includes ball-bearing blocks. Electric halyard and mainsail winches, furling boom or mast are also available. The versatile accommodations include settees that will serve as sea berths. Private cabins, separate stall shower, generous tankage, large battery banks and big lockers give the 350 the capacity for comfortable cruising. Upgraded electronics, new canvas, new gel cells a few years ago, light usage, has only been weekended on a couple of times, mostly a day sailer. FIN KEEL! She holds her own extremely well, we sailed her from Portland in 20 knots winds without trouble, extremely well handling. Very clean boat, we are the second owners, and we installed the salon table which was still in the plastic! Low hours on motor (it is a sailboat, lol) Again, everything is light use, she is a nice vessel. Life changes are taking us in another direction away from the water. All electronics are upgraded, but the auto pilot is not installed, I just never got around to it, it is all there and ready to be installed(electronics aare installed, need ram piston installed on tiller shaft). Lots to say about it, so I will keep updating this as I think of stuff....I have a copy of the survey from when we purchased her in 2020 from the original owners. Give me a shout and we can talk if this is the boat you are looking for. In mast furling, 6'7" of headroom in cabin, leatherette seating, full shower, upgraded stereo, helm controls for everything, helm vhf radio, tv, stainless appliances, walk thru hull.....she is a real beauty for sure. Sails were washed and reconditioned last year. Bottom paint done yearly as needed, prop speed on prop....all thru hulls mar lubed and maintained yearly, engine kept up and full spare kit on board. Full set of auto inflating life vests included. Flare set on board, as well as life rings. Full custom canvas cover also for winter storage.
