- The hull is constructed of single-skin GRP.
- Local reinforcement areas (keel, rudder, chain plates, hull/deck joint) serve to strengthen the structure.
- A single-skin structural inner mold is bonded and laminated to the hull. Its structural role is important as it takes and absorbs stresses at pressure points (chain plate tie rods, keel, rudder, etc.) ensuring their distribution and thus guaranteeing a reduction of stress on the hull.
- The surface of the inner mold facilitates cleaning and provides a better finish.
- The standard color of the hull is white with silver decoration; a steel blue hull is available as an option.
Additional description
- The deck is constructed with a fiberglass and balsa sandwich for an optimal strength-to-weight ratio, as well as excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
- All working areas and movement areas around the deck are provided with a non-slip "diamond point" finish.
Keel
- The keel is fixed to the boat by a system of screws and stainless steel backing plates and by adhesion.
- The keel is made of cast iron.
- To increase its lifespan, the keel receives a corrosion treatment and an improved finish at the factory before assembly, using epoxy-based coatings and paint.
