THE BOAT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION, I SAIL WITH IT EVERY WEEK FOR 2-3 DAYS, IN THE BAY OF CADIZ.
NOTABLE IS THAT THE RIGGING WAS CHANGED 2 MONTHS AGO, IT COST ME €6000, ALSO A NEW HARKEN WINCH, AND EVERYTHING REDIRECTED TO THE COCKPIT, I SAIL ALONE.
THE BOAT IS IN ROTA, (CADIZ), TO TEST IT WHENEVER YOU WANT.

Boat for CO-OWNERSHIP MAXIMUM 3 partners - Boat sailing day by day, very complete, very well maintained, the furniture like new, upholstery like new, everything works, faucets, drains, electricity, and mechanics. The boat needs nothing, as it is sailing today, I go out about 2 days a week.
