Description
Exclusive, well-built and fast performance-cruiser with beautiful lines built by the Italian quality yard Cantiere del Pardo. Her low freeboard, sleek coach house profile and clean, uncluttered decks make the Grand Soleil 45 J/V a truly spectacular eye-catcher. Paying tribute to her modern, elegant no nonsense-design, the German sailing magazine YACHT dubbed her the “Beauty of the Year” in their test report. With the models drawn by German design office judel/vrolijk & co., the Italian yard began installing a galvanised steel frame as strongback to absorb the loads of rig, mast step and keel, resulting in an exceptionally stiff, torsion-free structure. Despite her superior sailing performance, the Grand Soleil 45 J&V is a well behaved, easy cruising yacht that can be safely handled by a small crew. Three-cabin layout with two heads, mahogany interior and laminated cabin floor boards.
This Grand Soleil 45 J&V is a well-maintained and fully equipped owner’s yacht in the standard 3 cabin-layout. SPARCRAFT performance mast with three sets of spreaders and L-shaped performance lead keel (draught approx. 2,30 m). This is the version with folding swim platform. The yacht was moved from the Mediterranean to the Baltic Sea in 2013 and has since been yard-maintained and continuously serviced by professionals. Numerous upgrades and replacement investments since 2015. Among others, the bottom paint was completely removed and rebuilt in 2022, a retractable bow thruster was installed in 2021, the standing rigging was replaced in 2024 and the yacht received new sails in 2022. The Grand Soleil 45 is currently stored ashore in indoor winter storage and can be inspected at any time upon appointment.
