Description
Our exclusive, no charter. An interesting opportunity for those looking for a boat with great potential: it is a solid, spacious and fully equipped boat, designed for long voyages (it has already crossed the Atlantic to the Caribbean).
In recent times, the owner has not been able to devote her usual care, so the boat needs some routine maintenance and updates, already considered in the sale price.
It has always been much loved and well maintained and today it represents an ideal base for those who want a boat that can be easily restored to its full splendor, with a low investment. The boat has been cruising with the owner until the current summer (2025) and is ready at the buoy.
The version is with three cabins, three electric toilets + skipper cabin with toilet and sink.
More details, photos, on request.
The Oceanis Clipper 523 is a 16.20-meter boat born from the happy union between the Bénetéau shipyard, world leader in the production of sailboats, and Groupe Finot, an established and experienced naval designer.
A real cutter-rigged sailboat, made with solidity and an ideal ratio between weight (displacement) and sail area for demanding sailors who want to sail while having fun, in comfort and safety.
This generation is characterized by the deckhouse windows placed in front of the mast. The stern is centrally open to allow access to the swimming platform. It has a double wheelhouse and a beautiful central wedge-shaped table that allows, once opened, to accommodate 6 diners. Internally there are 3 cabins, with the large master cabin in the bow and two cabins in the stern; in the bow, externally, there is the crew cabin.
