Description
SECOND OWNER - FRESH WATER – WING KEEL. Meet “
Arcturus” – a beautiful Catalina 400 MKII built in 2003 and has always enjoyed the FRESH Great Lakes. She has in-mast furling and new Precision sails, main and genoa, from 2019, along with an electric cabin top winch to starboard. She has a fantastic cockpit with plenty of seating, twin wheels with a walk-through transom providing easy access to the swim platform, with a shower, and the popular Catalina stern rail seats.
She has very comfortable accommodations that sleep 7 with two cabins, a dinette that converts to a berth and a single berth on the port side. The aft master suite features a centerline queen with seating on both sides, hanging lockers, storage and a private entrance to the aft head which has a separate shower stall. The forward cabin also has a private head for guests.
The front and top opening refrigerator with freezer, 3 burner stove with oven, microwave and ample countertops create a comfortable user-friendly galley. The salon is large and has good ventilation with plenty of natural light making very comfortable for cruising.
