Deck:

Hardware, in good condition. Rigging, in good condition. The stanchions are well secured. The chainplates, steps, and starts are in good condition. The teak wood deck requires attention in the cockpit and helm. At the stern, it has the attachment for the emergency tiller. The cabin windows do not show any water leaks. The hatches over the cabin have been recently replaced with 3 Lewmar Low Profile, size 44. 8mm acrylic, without piston.

Rigging and mast

Mast disassembled in winter 2019, with replacement of the shaft and the blocks for the halyard and mainsail. Standing rigging, inspected, in good condition. Mast and boom made of aluminum. The mast has direct support from the keel. Keel-centerboard, made of cast iron and bolted to the hull. Centerboard disassembled in 2019, hull reinforcement, inspection, and retightening of bolts.

Rudder Light play in the rudder bearing, within acceptable margins. The rudder blade, inspected, in good condition. Sector and guardrails, inspected, in good condition. Shaft bearing, strut, and propeller. Shaft and 3-blade propeller, silicone antifouling. The shaft has two sacrificial anodes. Strut of the "Volvo" type made of rubber. It has a bow thruster propeller.

Sails

MAINSAIL WITH FORCED BATTENS, GENOA AND YANKEE, TRIRADIAL GENAKER

Orange storm sail of 6m with a grommet for attaching to the baby stay or running stay. It can be unfurled for rigging on the donkey ears. 2 reefs in the mainsail with a line from the cockpit piano.

Engine

YANMAR 4JH3HTE, 99.28 HP Engine with 5500 hrs, regularly maintained by Idamar Nautica. (Mazagón) Historical billing of services available. Excellent condition, 5/6 knots at 1900 rpm, 8/9 knots at 2500 rpm. Comfort / Interiors 3 cabins with double beds each. Two bathrooms with toilets, one en suite in the forward cabin, another with access from the cabin. Septic tank in both bathrooms with Y-valve for discharge to the sea or to the tank. The bathroom of the main forward cabin also has a shower installation, with cold or hot water. Convertible salon into a bed for 2 people + port side sofa-bed. 1 refrigerator 1 freezer Frigoboat. Gas stove with 2 burners and oven. Cutlery, dishes, and glassware in acrylic, frying pans, pots, etc. Gas storage locker at the port stern in an independent compartment from the cockpit. 2 gas bottles, one in use and another as a spare. Through-hull fittings and seacocks below the waterline 16 seacocks with valves distributed as follows: 4 in the forward toilet, 1 compressor intake for the Frigoboat freezer, 2 for the kitchen sink, one for drainage and one for saltwater intake, 1 in the strut, 1 not in use (old water purifier), 1 for the bilge pump, 1 for engine cooling intake, 5 in the port toilet. Bilge Two electric pumps, with suction located in the bilge, manually operated by a switch on the electrical panel, and a float for automatic operation. Manual pump, operated from the cockpit to the starboard side.

Electricity

Three service batteries of 140 Amp 12V each, 06/2023. One of 100 Amp 12V for starting 06/2023. Charger-inverter for solar panels. (The panels were started in a storm) The vessel has 220V outlets for service when connected to the dock. 12V/220V inverter for two outlets at the chart table.
