The Beneteau Figaro 2 is an iconic Marc Lombard design built for the demanding 1500-mile single-handed Solitaire du Figaro race. The boat combines light weight with plenty of power, and twin rudders for downwind control at high speeds. The Figaro 2 is well known in Europe as a battle tested design that is strong, fast, and stable. Some are now being converted to performance cruisers.
Sea Horse is used primarily for day sailing by a former OSTAR racer. She's in good order with an excellent sail inventory, good rig, new running rigging, and updated B&G electronics. These boats are rarely seen on the US market, so if you have your sites on some short-handed offshore racing, or exhilarating day sailing on a pedigreed design, Sea Horse represents a good value and should be on your list.
