Description
Solid and robustly built Colin Archer which is very suitable for habitation
This Colin Archer named Hestia was built by Bronsveen in 2002-2003. The first owner, a ship carpenter, cleverly arranged the interior with space for up to 7 adults. The current owners have lived on the yacht for years and took their passengers to Scandinavia. The boat has been extremely well maintained, having just been repainted, with new anodes, new batteries, etc. In winter, the boat has always been in Lemmer, and in summer the owners, now without charter clients, are often on the move.
This Colin Archer measures just under 15 meters in length and is very maneuverable. The joggled steel ship is double-sided welded and therefore extremely strong. The powerful 4-cylinder Deutz delivers 106 hp and is highly reliable. The 2-cylinder Vetus generator ensures excellent power management. Of course, the Hestia has a heater, boiler, and showers on board.
