Designed for serious cruising and effortless living aboard, this yacht offers a rare three-cabin layout that maximizes space and privacy—ideal for families, guests, or couples seeking adventure without compromise.
The center cockpit design provides a secure helm station and opens up the interior to a spacious aft owner’s cabin with a queen berth, ensuite head, and generous storage. Inside, the salon is bright and welcoming, with rich wood finishes, ample seating, and a well-equipped galley that makes meal prep a pleasure. Whether you're anchored in a quiet cove or underway on a passage, the layout is designed to keep you comfortable and connected to the sea.
Recent upgrades include modern electronics, updated canvas, and thoughtful touches throughout that reflect pride of ownership. This is not just a boat—it’s a lifestyle upgrade, a floating home, and a ticket to freedom.

BENETEAU 44 CENTER COCKPIT
The Beneteau 44 Center Cockpit is an anomaly in the world of center cockpit design- it has eye appeal ! There is an aesthetically pleasing, subtle sheer, and the rather high freeboard is nicely disguised by a wide teak rub strake just below the rub rail. The overhangs are short, giving the 44 CC a contemporary look. The bulk of the large trunk cabin is is minimized by a gentle slope forward. This is a pretty boat (in the words of the renowned Ted Gozzard “life is too short to make an ugly boat”) with a highly livable interior.
The interior layout is perfect for a family looking for that ‘magic carpet’ escape. The master cabin aft is a huge centerline ‘playpen’ size queen with port and starboard storage, hanging lockers, and a bureau. The large head to port actually has a shower and a tub! This is the benefit of the center cockpit design. There is a make-up table and chair, and a vanity mirror for mademoiselle. The forward V- berth with bunk berths to port on the passageway forward are perfect for the remaining family or the occasional guests. There is a second head forward, a midship main salon with a large U-shaped dinette dinette, a nav station, and 2 bucket chairs. The galley is along the aft starboard side, leading to the aft stateroom. There is a hanging locker just to starboard of the companionway, for stashing wet foul weather gear. The auxiliary power is a Yanmar 75hp diesel, more than adequate for this easily driven hull.
This is a cruise ship disguised as a luxurious sailing vessel!
