"Nomad" is a Pacific Seacraft Ericson 34 with a wing keel. Built by Ericson Yachts in 1992. This boat is equipped with a 32 HP Volvo diesel engine - only around 300 hours. The fuel tank was cleaned out and the fuel lines were replaced in 2022. Also in 2022, all new electrical work including an electrical flush head and new lights. The cabin sole was recently replaced and is in excellent condition. The main sail cover comes with a stack pack. The bimini is newer (2020) and is in good condition.
Owner's Comments:
Nomad has had 3 owners. The first and second owner kept her at Larsen Marine. When I bought her they had all her records. Nomad has spent every winter except 1 indoors. The second owner kept her outside 1 winter. Larsen did every maintenance from 1992-2020. I bought her in June of 2020. Since that date she has been inside at Skyway, and Skyway has taken very good care of her since.
In addition to all the regular maintenance that is required, below is what I have done
- New UK sails in 2021 (I only have a main and a 145 Genoa)
- Both have been cleaned by UK every year
- New Stack Pack 2021
- New Bimini 2021
- All the wiring on the boat was redone in 2022 (we split the port and starboard outlets - port side in now on the breaker marked spare(FYI))
- New electric head and plumbing all the way to the holding tank in 2023
- New stereo 2022
- 2 speakers below, and 2 in the cockpit
- Fuel tank flush and pressure tested in 2024
- Replaced all fuel lines at the same time
- New Cabin Sole 2025
- All plumbing below the floor was replace at this time
- New sump pump
The motor was replaced by the original owner in 2015 and has roughly 300 hours on it. Nomad is quite possibly the cleanest Ericson 34 left! She has been meticulously maintained by all 3 of her owners and it shows. I have waxed both the hull and deck every year. Every other year we painted and replaced the impellers (due this winter).
