This particular DF800 ,Surprise, is a 1992 well cared for boat that is ready to sail today. Her owners are a smart and diligent married couple that are very knowledgeable and experienced with the model. This is the second DF800 they've owned. She is lightly used currently on calm weather days. 

Surprise is a great choice for weekend day-sailing and the occasional weekend cruiser/camper. Once a year or so, she would make for a great boat to go over to the Keys or Bahamas for a week or so of incredible cruising.
