Description
Close to 500 First 310a were built between 1990-1995. Based on the Figaro Solo, a pure racer, the First 310 adds some comfort and cruising amenities to a performance hull. Excusez Moi has been well cared for by its current owner. The Volvo diesel was completely rebuilt in 2023. At the same time the cutlass bearing was replaced. She is the shoal draft model. Upgrades include; standing rigging replaced in 2020, 2019 the bottom was taken down and barrier coated (3x). Sails; a cruising spinnaker, a North 135 and 5 year-old, fully battened, Tri-radial Precision main. Main sail control includes a sail "bag" and lazy jacks. Electronics; Raymarine 4000 AP (2023), Garmin chartplotter, and Raymarine wind/speed/depth. 2 Lewmar 40s in the cockpit, 2 batteries. All halyards lead aft. A very nice and well maintained performance cruiser that is fun to sail and easy to handle.
