Tartan 31Deep Draft/6.5. I purchased this boat in November 2024 and did a complete survey prior to purchase and a total refit prior to this sailing season.(2025) The following is a list of upgrades and improvements to this vessel.
* New standing rigging.
* New life lines.
* New running rigging.
* New Bimini and Extender.
* New Dodger
* New Cockpit Cushions.
* New Led Lighting throughout the boat.
* New head (manual) and hoses.
* New electronics suite including Raymarine Axom 9 MFD, S/70 Tridata and Wind all with new transducers. AIS receive/transponder. Autopilot.
* New stainless cowls.
* New Tri mast light with strobe.
* Electric winch handle.
* New fresh water pump.
* New leather cover on steering wheel.

* The decks were painted about four years ago.
* The mainsail is four years old; the jib is a couple of years old (as per prior owner). Both in excellent condition and recently cleaned.
* The boat gelcoat is in very good condition, no major dents, dings, spidering.

* All woodwork have been refurbished.
* Compression Test results in November 2024, were excellent. Mechanically she is in great condition.
* My experience sailing this boat has shown her to be very fast for her size, stable and kind in a seaway, and she goes into the wind better than any boat I have previously owned and there was four of them.
