OVERVIEW

With the beauty of solar power, propane stove, LED lighting, good deep cycle batteries and more, Meili has been prepared with the basics to live and travel off the grid.  

With her efficient Rocna anchor and 300’ of chain, she can enjoy peace and solitude in many places.

When sailing, it’s not at all scary, she simply heals nice and smoothly and it’s nearly impossible to get the rail close to the water.

While motoring at 2000 rpm she easily delivers a respectable 6 kts.

All along, whether out traveling or in port she provides the comfort and beauty of lots of storage, teak & holly floors, good lighting, two private cabins, electric head, comfortable seating, etc.

She’s had timely upgrades and now after eight years, the owners are ready to spend more time traveling off the water and have priced her to easily pass on to new owners who can fulfill their dreams.

HULL

• Fiberglass.
• LOA 36.3’ and 11.92’ beam with 5.83’ draft.
• The ablative paint is now due to be replaced however divers have regularly cleaned & replaced zinc’s.  

DECK

• Non-skid surface for secure footing.
• Seemingly no leaks.
• 24” SS safety railing surrounds with a 2nd lower level for added security.
• Rocna 15 anchor.
• Brand new Maxwell RC8 Low Profile Vertical Windlass is installed inside the anchor locker which keeps the deck completely free.
• New 300’ of 5/16th well marked chain & 100’ of additional rode.  
• Reserve Fortress anchor is rail mounted and includes 100’ of rode.
• Rigging inspected by Evergreen Rigging in 2020.
• Most of the rigging deck plates have been lifted, cleaned and resealed.
• Roller furler headstay, works great, looks to be original.
• Mast boot is 4 years old.
• Mid-mast deck light is broken.
• All winches are in good working order and all but one smaller one on deck are self-tailing.

SAILS

• Sails are in great condition, tons of life in them, have not been used hard.
• 135% Genie.
• Sail covers in excellent condition.

COCKPIT

• 32” ships wheel.

NAVIGATION STATION

• Navigation station to STBD aft has 4 drawers below and optional removable butcher block countertop above.  Original stool is in great condition

• Three deep cycle house batteries receive charge from either the engine alternator, or through the invertor/charger via of shore power or the solar panels.
• One deep cycle starting battery receives charge from the engine alternator or shore power.
• Power outlets throughout, which include USB in both the salon and V-berth, run off the invertor or shore power.
• Electric bilge pump.
• 30/125 Smart Plug for dock power plug.
• Digital fresh and black water gauges recently added.

DINGHY

• 8’ Aleko rib is 6 years old and is in good condition.

• Tender tips up at transom and outboard mounts to either PORT or STBD.
