1980 Niagara 35 Classic designed by mark Ellis, enjoyed a production run thay spanned three decades (1978 to 1995)., live-aboard cruiser with numerus long voyages to the design credit. Nearly 200 Niagara 35"s were build by George Hinterhoeller, Though not of a conventional design leyout, the Niagara 35 was designed to be a very capable crusing vessel. Hinterhoeller"s attention to detail and solid, quality construction were well above average and Hinterhoeller-built boats have always enjoyed strong resele values. She is powered by Yanmar 40hp engine and yanmar SD 40 saildrive.

Unique interior leyout has a forward V berth that, unlike most vessels, is set up as a workshop area with storage cabinet and a workbench. 4 berth s, sleeps 5-6. headroom 6 ft 4 in.
Boat sats on hard for 3 seasons and price fairly reflects actuall condition This is absolutely NOT PROJECT boat, but will require some DIY - rebbeding-resealing porthligts, deck hardware-stanchions. All Chainplates were rebbeded in 2019 and are good as today. Some varnishing inside, fixing few little things.

North Sail-maisail and 140% genoa very good condition., Navtec rod rigging in good condition. Bilge pump electric/manual with auto/manual switch. Cabin and cockpit cushions very good condition. 2 LPG x 10 lbs tanks. Cockpit bimini, swim ladder with teak step treads
