Lemsteraak De Witte Joffer - Blom Roefaak

Well-maintained Lemsteraak with a renewed engine. Hydraulic mast lowering, and many upgrades. Teak deck rubber was replaced in 2021.

The Witte Joffer is a Lemsteraak that has been carefully maintained. It is a wonderful family boat. Many upgrades have been made, and this beautifully lined ship is ready for use.

In 2018, a new, economical Volvo Penta D2-75 diesel engine was installed. The propeller shaft was also renewed, a boiler was installed, and the entire electrical system was upgraded, including a new battery charger. In the winter of 2024/2025, painting work was carried out, and the underwater hull was extensively treated.

The ship is easy to sail with the electric roller genoa (2021) operated from the cockpit and a new genoa (2023). The daggerboard winches are also electric. Furthermore, a completely new Raymarine navigation system has been recently installed. In 2019, an autopilot was installed. The mast and rigging were renewed in 2006, and a year later, the boom was renewed. The mast can be easily and quickly lowered using a hydraulic cylinder. To further enhance sailing comfort, an electric bow thruster was installed. New heating was installed in 2024.

The solid teak deck was fitted with new rubber in 2021, and in 2024, the superstructure was painted. In the cockpit, the teak along the superstructure was removed in 2018, and the steel was re-conserved, after which new teak was installed.

The aak has a cozy and practically arranged interior. Beautiful solid teak floorboards, a galley with a 3-burner gas stove, an oven, and large refrigeration. The salon seats 6 to 8 people. In the forepeak, there is a master cabin with a double bed and wardrobe. There is an electric toilet with a shower on the starboard side. In the forward cabin, there is a guest cabin with 4 beds.
