New sails in 2011, 3000 watt inverter, solar panels, LED lighting throughout, full electronics, IP cameras and much more. There are some issues that need to be addressed. Boat needs a water heater. The aft stateroom does need finishing. The aft head is functional but does needs finishing as well. The “walkover” feature separates fore and aft living spaces.
