Wauquiez Victorian 27

The Victorian 27 is a sailing boat designed by naval architect Kim Holman in the mid-1960s. Fewer than 100 have been produced. The Victorian 27 is built by the French yard Henri Wauquiez.

The hull is made of fiberglass. Generally, a fiberglass hull requires only minimal maintenance during the sailing season.

The vessel is equipped with a fresh water tank of 53.0 liters.

The Victorian 27 features a masthead rig. The advantage of a masthead rig is its simplicity and the fact that a given sail area, compared to a fractional rig, can be carried lower and thus with a lower heeling moment. The Victorian 27 is equipped with a fin keel. A boat with a fin keel is more maneuverable.

The boat can also enter shallow marinas, as the draft is about 1.24 - 1.34 meters.
