The 200 foot Lürssen Margeurite

When I stepped aboard the Marguerite recently, an exquisite 200-foot superyacht crafted by the renowned shipbuilders at Lürssen , at the Miami International Boat Show earlier this month, it felt like I was walking into a dream. And I’ve seen a lot of boats. Big boats. Let's take a minute and explore the opulent amenities and breathtaking design that make the Marguerite superyacht a true masterpiece of the seas. Originally built in 2003 and recently updated in 2021, this fabulous Lürssen boasts a sleek and modern exterior design, with clean lines and a striking profile that commands attention on the water.

Accommodations on the Marguerite are nothing short of luxurious, with six spacious staterooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The multi-level master suite is a true sanctuary, spanning two decks and featuring a king-sized bed, his-and-hers bathrooms, a huge office lined with windows, and a private balcony on the upper level where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean. This was by far my favorite spot on the whole boat. A private, cozy, top-of-bow, beach-club-vibe nook offering the most breathtaking views as you come into port. And nobody can see you up there, either. The lower level of the master suite is designed for relaxation, with a cozy seating area and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub and marble finishes.

At 200 feet in length, this superyacht offers ample space for leisure and entertainment, making it the ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Step onto the expansive teak decks of the Marguerite and you'll find yourself immersed in a world of refined elegance and sophistication. The main deck features a spacious outdoor living area complete with plush seating, a bar, and a dining table for al fresco meals with stunning ocean views.

The upper deck offers a tranquil retreat with a spacious Jacuzzi and sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a refreshing dip in the water. Inside, the Marguerite's interior spaces are equally impressive, with contemporary furnishings, high-end finishes, and custom artwork throughout. Walking through the marble hallways felt like true royalty. The main salon exudes warmth and luxury, with comfortable seating areas, a grand piano, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Adjacent to the salon, the formal dining room offers an elegant setting for gourmet meals prepared by the yacht's talented chef.

When it comes to onboard entertainment, the Marguerite superyacht leaves nothing to be desired. Guests can enjoy a wide range of water sports and activities, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing, thanks to the yacht's extensive collection of toys and equipment. For those seeking relaxation, the onboard spa offers a range of treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and yoga sessions.
