Based off Malibu's larger Sunsetter 23 XTi tow boat, the Sunsetter 21 XTi reportedly delivers outstanding inboard performance in a compact package. The quick and nimble 21-footer also boasts generous seating that can comfortably accommodate a crowd.

The new model rides on Malibu's SV23 Diamond Hull and is powered by a 310-horsepower Vortec engine. The hull creates flat, soft wakes for slalom skiers, but can be equipped an optional Malibu Wedge and 500lbs mid-ship Malibu Launch System to jack up the crests for wakeboarders.

Helm station highlights include a supportive driver's seat with automotive-style adjustable lumbar support and six-position swiveling capability. Gauges are 5 1/2 inches in diameter, and accessory switches are adjacent to the molded steering wheel.

In addition to the bucket seat for the driver, the Sunsetter 21 XTi has a wraparound rear lounge and dual benches in the open bow that convert to a single lounge with a filler cushion. Stowage areas include locker behind the portside observer's seat, channels alongside the center-engine and gunwale trays.
