The Apart L Long is one of the most requested layouts in the Waterlodge lineup, combining extended length, flexible interior layouts, and true on-water mobility all while maintaining a slip-friendly profile. At just over 39 feet in length and 13'11" wide, it delivers roughly 350 sq. ft. of interior living space while still running on twin outboards, giving you the freedom to change marinas, explore new harbors, or reposition for the season instead of staying fixed like a traditional floating home.
The smart footprint can be configured as 1–2 bedrooms, with the option to add a third sleeping space or dedicated office. Layouts also support 1–2 bathrooms, a generous kitchen and lounge, and an optional rooftop terrace to expand outdoor living and entertaining space.
The base price is just over $300,00, including standard equipment and freight from Europe. Owners can tailor interior finishes, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, heating/cooling packages, solar and inverter systems, winter upgrades, and terrace configurations to create a boat that fits their lifestyle. The model can also be outfitted with outboards, giving you the option to relocate seasonally or reposition within a marina.
