Ranieri CAYMAN 35.0 EXECUTIVE

The 35 Executive from the Cayman range of rigid-inflatable boats by the Italian manufacturer Ranieri is a smaller version of the 38.0

This rigid-inflatable from the Cayman range adopts the deck layout of its elder sibling and benefits from the same helm console and pilot seat, which includes two liftable seats at the front and a kitchen unit at the back with two cooking plates and a 70-liter refrigerator.

The cockpit is very protective with its polyester deck mold that rises high on the floats and allows for a large U-shaped seating area and a telescopic table that folds into the floor.

Under the front of the boat, covered by a large sunbathing area of 2.42 by 2.11 meters, lies a fairly spacious cabin with a height of 1.80 meters under the beams and features a V-shaped bed of 2.60 by 1.80 meters at the bow, a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, and a mid-cabin located behind the descent that includes a double bed of 1.80 by 1.30 meters.

The height under the beams is only 58 centimeters, but such arrangements allow for a small cruise with four people. The 35.0 is available in three versions: Executive, Executive Trofeo, and Executive Super Sport. It is the latter that we tested during the Cannes Yachting Festival, and it differs from the others by its black hull, its white non-slip deck covering, its windshield with black handles, and its black stainless steel roll bar integrating two biminis (front and rear).

Equipped with two 300-horsepower Suzuki engines, the 35.0 confidently exceeds 40 knots at peak speed. Its behavior is very stable, the boat being well balanced, never skittish, and it responds correctly to the trim that can be raised to over 60%.

The hull deflects satisfactorily and passes smoothly through the chop; as for the driving position, it is perfect with good visibility to the front.
