The price is for the basic version with a strong aluminum frame, insulated windows, and lift points for easy transportation of the boats. See further under specifications. The basic version can be expanded with many options of your choice. Since 2023, Nordic offers various sailing packages from 2 days offshore to 6 to 8 days of self-sufficient sailing. All in collaboration with Victron.

Electric sailing is also possible.

Nordic Season is a Finnish design and originated from two professional companies that together have more than 20 years of knowledge in building ships combined with technology and experience in building houses.

The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards. Sturdy, solid, good sailing, and resistant to harsh winters. The floats are made of polyethylene with a notch at the bottom for better grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built from aluminum, making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The sideboards (optional) make sailing much safer than standard houseboats of these dimensions.

By using natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat radiates warmth and coziness that you won't find anywhere else.

Also available for electric sailing and self-sufficient.
In Category CE-C, it is wider and taller, the width of the boat is not 420 cm but 495 cm.

For the construction, sustainability and environmentally friendly production are paramount. The houseboats are produced from sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood. A non-toxic natural product that, due to the waterborne impregnating agents, lasts a very long time and comes with a long warranty. All materials used are recyclable. You have the choice of ECO or EVO. The ECO living module has a wooden structure with a wooden deck, and EVO has the GFC composite structure with a WPC deck for a small additional cost.

The houseboats from Nordic Season are designed to meet the basic needs of a client, equipped with a sauna as an option / or storage space. It further consists of a fully equipped kitchen/bedroom and bathroom. The layout of the boat can be adjusted to the customer's wishes.
The boats can be ordered in different sizes, with or without sauna and many extra options. If you do not choose a sauna, a large bedroom can be created in the living room. See a number of layouts as a PDF attachment.

The walls are insulated with 122 mm thickness, the floor 102 mm thickness, the roof 80 mm thickness.
In the standard version since 2023, there is a strong aluminum frame with insulated windows, double and secured tinted glass. Sliding at the front by the terrace. The beautiful round wooden windows are handmade and pure craftsmanship and can be opened upon request (optional).

Kitchen equipment: kitchen set, base cabinets, wall cabinets, countertop, black sink and mixer tap, two-burner gas stove, kitchen hood 230V, refrigerator 230V.
Water supply system: 200-liter tank, level meter, water level meter, hoses, vent, water cover plate, water pump 24 V with expansion tank and standard the possibility to connect the boat to the fixed water if available in the harbor.
Wastewater system: Wastewater tank 240 liters, level meter for wastewater, vacuum drainage system, hoses, installation/fastening materials.

Steering console (in the living module) with a hydraulic steering system, plastic steering wheel, electric control panel with identification labels for navigation lights, a compass, a 12-volt cigarette lighter socket, USB connection, a box for electric fuses with a DIN rail, and standard rearview monitor system with camera.
For an additional cost, a fiberglass steering console (1,250 euros) can be placed outside.

Electrical installation: LED lighting with standard dimmers, in the living module and on the aft deck, switches, bedside lamps by the bed, waterproof 230-volt shore connection, 230-volt sockets, a set of electric fuses, and a residual current device, electric wiring for 230 volts and 12-24 volts, and standard stainless steel Victron shore connection (16A/250VAC 2P/3W)
Hot tap water system with standard 500W electric boiler under the bed 40 liters.

Ask about the possibilities. Nordic offers (battery) packages with and without solar panels to be self-sufficient for 1 day to 8 days depending on the weather.
All in collaboration with Victron. Packages range from 4,600 euros to 9,500 euros.
The engines are high trust (Yamaha) engines. Choose from 9.9, 25, or 30 HP (4,450 - 5,970 euros)
