Deck / Rig

Eco-teak decking with white caulking runs across the entire exterior, adding timeless appeal and durability. The deck layout includes a foredeck sunseat and extended sunbed - both in smart Blue Storm with matching protective covers - and additional aft deck cushions for comfort. Practical additions include stern gates, roof racks with a 60kg capacity, and a table fitting on the foredeck. A Quick DP2I-770 bow windlass with 7.5kg anchor and 25m of stainless steel chain is controlled from the deck. The mooring package includes storm white/grey lines, four fenders with Nimbus covers, and a spare anchor bag. Antifouled for improved performance and fuel efficiency.

Cabin

Inside, the cabin features a double berth with a warm Nordic oak finish with beige carpets and cushions + hatch to deck, creating a comfortable and functional space for overnighting or day trips. Including a compact port side galley area with an indoor wash basin and Isotherm CR40 cube fridge for easy refreshment on the move. Separate toilet compartment on starboard side with toilet and sink. A Nimbus pillow set is also included, adding a cosy finishing touch.

Cockpit & Dash

The dash layout is clean and modern, giving the skipper everything needed at a glance. The saloon features port and starboard side doors and a large aft window, manual sliding roof and windscreen for good all round visibility, access and ventilation. Helm and co-pilot adjustable bolster seats for standing or sitting + aft bench seat with cushions.

Electrical & Electronics

At the helm, a Simrad NSX 12” plotter provides detailed navigation support, while the Simrad xSonic SS60 thru-hull sonar delivers reliable depth and bottom readings. Communication is handled via a Simrad RS40 VHF with AIS receiver and antenna, enhancing safety and awareness during coastal cruising or busy waterway transits. This boat includes the Nimbus Connect system for remote system monitoring and smart integration, along with reliable onboard power. LED lighting and control features are integrated cleanly for ease of use both underway and at anchor.

Machinery

The Nimbus Commuter 8 is powered by a single Mercury Verado V8-250 XL outboard engine in Cold Fusion White, delivering smooth, confident performance across a range of conditions. The engine is paired with VesselView 403 and Active Trim for responsive handling and real-time data monitoring. The bow eye allows for safe trailing when needed, and combined with the boat's compact size and high spec, the C8 is easy to manage both in and out of the water. Fuel capacity: 240L.
