Marex 440 Gourmet Cruiser

The Marex 440 is a new generation of cruisers with contemporary lines and various innovations. With a length of 13.70 meters and a maximum width of 4.27 meters, this new boat will be the flagship of the brand.

The boat comes in two versions: the 440 Gourmet Cruiser with a huge U-shaped kitchen layout and the 440 Scandinavia Version with a second dining area in a closed salon.

Concept overview:

The idea is to create a family boat focused on carefree living on board, with a sailing experience akin to that of a much larger ship. The largest kitchen in its class, a beach club by the water, two bathrooms, and a washing machine are examples of this concept.

The Marex 440 Gourmet Cruiser is the result of a collaboration between Marex's internal design team and the Slovenian studio VOM Creations Yacht Design. The naval architecture is provided by Nikl Design and the engineering by Alpha Creations.

Functional kitchen

One of the innovations of the 440 Gourmet Cruiser is the kitchen. Marex has created a dream for chefs with a huge U-shaped kitchen—the largest in its class. It is equipped with an oven/microwave, double sink, induction cooktop, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is an opening in the countertop for storing 4 crates of beer/drinks, each containing 24 bottles/cans. The solar panels provide enough capacity to keep the 220-liter refrigerator and 100-liter freezer running continuously without shore power.

The Scandinavia version can offer an additional dining area with a large bench and two extendable stools instead of kitchen cabinets on the port side.
