HOMESHIP Lotus Navigator 14. A new series of robustly built HOMESHIPS. The new standard in well-sailing "Houseboats". This houseboat is equipped with the modular, proven monohull underwater hull. This unique monohull concept, which has been in service for 16 years, ensures that every HOMESHIP has very good sailing and maneuvering characteristics. We can confidently say it is the best sailing houseboat on the market. A houseboat that sails like a 'normal' motor yacht under all conditions.
Do you want to tour the Netherlands with all the comforts of home? Or even further, tour through Europe, up the river and down the Danube? Then the Lotus Navigator, with its proven underwater hull, is your houseboat.
Every Lotus Navigator is fully custom built. Completely according to your wishes. This means that no two Lotus Navigators are the same.
As far as a standard can be spoken of, every Lotus Navigator offers as standard:
- Very strongly executed steel (or aluminum) monohull with plenty of (storage) space below deck.
- Available in 10.5m, 12.5m, and 14m. Other sizes available upon request.
- Possibility to use space below deck for; extra sleeping quarters, laundry room, storage space, etc.
- A spacious fore and aft deck with hatches providing access to storage space/machine room.
- Engine options; Fully electric, hybrid, or conventional. However, standard is an 80hp Vetus diesel engine.
- Strong, 150kgf, proportional bow and stern thruster with joystick control from the Vetus BowPro series
- Stainless steel railing on fore and aft deck
- Integrated anchor in the transom with electric anchor winch on deck. Spud poles are optionally available.
- A solidly built superstructure, with layout and dimensions according to your choice.
- Fully equipped superstructure with kitchen, bathroom, electricity, water, etc.
- Heating system according to your wishes. (Air conditioning with heat pump, diesel hot air, diesel central heating, infrared, etc.)

Hull shape: Hull made of 5mm, CNC cut (shot-blasted) plate parts.
Steering: As standard, the steering position is on the fore terrace. An indoor steering position is also possible upon request.
Windows: Double safety glass HR++ in sturdy plastic frames
Air draft normal: With (optional) roof terrace + 1m.
CE: CE-C is optionally possible

The Homeship hull is made of 5mm CNC cut shot-blasted plate parts. Longitudinal frames with a short frame spacing create an extremely strong and stiff hull. Depending on your wishes, modifications to the hull (+gunwale) are possible. After manufacturing, the entire structure is shot-blasted and coated and painted in the desired color. If desired, the hull can be filled.
