Description
The Enkhuizen 500 has a spacious cockpit with comfortable round seating. The heavily insulated engine compartment is equipped with a teak panel with slats and also serves as a handy table. There are ample storage spaces under the foredeck and the rear bench.
The shallow draft combined with the extremely small turning circle makes this sloop particularly suitable for day trips in polders and on lakes.
Since the DNA of the original rescue sloop has been preserved, the 500 is course stable and extremely stable. Additionally, the sloop is easily trailerable due to its short length and low weight.
We build the 500 entirely according to your wishes and personal taste. You can choose from various color schemes for the hull and interior. The Enkhuizen 500 can be equipped with either a tiller or a steering wheel, as desired.
