The pictures are of a sister ship.  All our boats are custom designed and built to our client's specifications.  This boat was designed specifically to achieve a 16' air draft height to comply with a marina's height requirements.  

The boat is built on a custom designed steel barge.  The barge was designed to allow the first-floor cabin to be inserted into the lower portion of the barge.  Accessed from the stern deck you enter through an entrance door and can access the lower level with contains the master bedroom suite, and secondary living area.  The head includes a Raritan Elegance Comfort Height toilet which empties into a 100 gal. black water tank.  The head also includes a 5' ceramic tiled shower stall, 5' vanity and a stackable washer dryer.  Hot water is provided by a Rinnai on-demand propane fueled hot water heater.

The second-floor area includes the galley, dining area and living room which provides access to the roof deck.

The kitchen features European styled cabinetry, residential appliances and quartz countertops 

The boats electrical systems are all designed and built for the marine environment. It uses a smart plug shore power system.

All the boats designed by East Coast Houseboats are built to provide a comfortable envrionment in any climate at any time of the year.  We accomplish this by incorporating high levels of closed cell spray foam in our floors, roofs, and exterior walls.  We use a premium window and door available in more than a dozen colors and hundreds of size and style combinations, and we use the latest technology for our HVAC. systems.

We build in lengths from 20' to 52' and our beams are available from 8'6" to 15'9" We do all our design work in-house and at no cost to our clients.  Every product utilized in our builds is chosen for their long-life cycles and minimal maintenance.
