Original small houseboat creatively designed, only used as a demo. Still new.
Compact original houseboat at a friendly price and warranty for 2 to 4 people. With PVC floats and aluminum frame and outboard motor, developed by Split SIA. This is a Latvian manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in designing and building high-quality boats and floating homes.
After selling his previous high-end boat company, founder Splits launched Split House Boats to pursue a new vision of living on the water. Known for his creativity and hands-on approach, he continues to develop designs that stand out for their build quality, functionality, and distinctive style.
With his technical expertise and personal passion for boats, he created this floating houseboat (recreational boat). Inspired by his background as a former rock musician, Splits added a unique design feature: a meticulously crafted guitar engraving on the outer wall. It is his personal signature.
All in all, a fun complete boat that can easily find a berth in any harbor! Warranty: SHB complies as a registered manufacturer with the EU warranty legislation of 24 months.

The floats are made of PVC filled with foam. The frame is made of aluminum. The structure is made as follows: The cabin is made of SIP panels (Structural Insulated Panels). 12 mm OSB particle board + 100 mm PUR (expanded polystyrene insulation) + 12 mm OSB particle board. The entire exterior of the cabin is covered with GRP (Reinforced Plastic). This ensures complete waterproofing of the SIP panels.
