Newly built stable pontoons for custom houseboats. The best sustainable materials are used. The insulated subfloor is 10cm thick and maintenance-free. The pontoons are built on request in Friesland, ranging from 6 to 15m in length and width according to your wishes! All of this within a short delivery time.

The floats are made of super strong HDPE material, which means no antifouling and anodes are needed. The floats are unsinkable and are filled with non-water-absorbing hard foam blocks of 12 cm thick. These blocks have a closed cell structure and are resistant to rot. The top is then sealed again. This creates a very strong sandwich construction. The floats are leak-drilled to keep the pressure inside and outside the same in any weather conditions. This makes the floats fire-safe. The freeboard of the floats is approximately 10 cm. The 8 mm thick floats are maintenance-free and stay clean, as little growth adheres to them.

The wide unsinkable floats are fully foamed and can carry a weight of 7 tons. The draft will then be 40 cm. With a weight of 9 tons excluding the weight of the pontoon, the draft is 50 cm. The weight of the pontoon measuring 8 by 4 is approximately 1800 kg. UV rays have no effect on the material. There is space at the back of about 1 meter wide for placing a motor support for an outboard motor. A bow can also be mounted for better sailing characteristics.

Deliveries of up to 3.5 m wide are also possible. Then the transport costs are cheaper because it is not special transport.
