 Hull: Roto Molded foam filled high-density polyethylene with 36" round pontoons.
 Cabin Construction: Timber framed
 Insulation: Closed Cell spray foam, R-25 in floors and roof assemblies, R-21 in exterior walls.
 Exterior: Everlast horizontal composite siding available in 15 colors.
 Windows: VWD available in 15 colors.
 Roof decking: Duradek available in 25 colors.
 Roof railings: Aluminum with cable rail available in white or black.
 
 Interior finishes:  are completed using a combination of 1"x 6" tongue & groove, meranti paneling, or ship lap finished in your choice of painted finish.

All the flooring used on our boats is a 100% waterproof vinyl plank available in dozens of colors and patterns.

Our kitchens are all built using plywood cabinetry in dozens of door styles and color options.   Standard countertops are created using solid surface materials.
 

Standard appliance packages include stainless steel refrigerators, cook top and convection microwave. Washer/dryer options available upon request
 
 Bath finishes - Raritan Elegance Toilet with smart flush with China bowl in comfort height.
 One piece fiberglass shower stall, available in white or bone. (Ceramic tiled shower stalls available for additional pricing)
 Delta shower valve and faucet. Available in chrome/ brushed nickel or black.
 
 Electrical: All wiring completed using marine grade. Wired to 30-amp 110v or 50-amp 220v. shore power connections.
 All lighting to be LED recessed lighting. All receptacles and switches are decora type.
 All piping to be Pex, with schedule 40 drain lines. Water supplied at through wall connection. Options include adding water tanks and 12v pump.
 Hot water supplied by on-demand propane unit
 HVAC to utilize (2) 12K BTU ductless mini splits.
 
 Motor mount and propulsion systems available on request.

All our boats are designed to be registered, insured, and financed as a boat.  In addition, all our boats are built to provide a comfortable environment in any climate at any time of the year.  We accomplish this by incorporating high R-values of closed cell spray foam in our floors, roofs and exterior walls.  We use a premium window and door available in more than a dozen colors and hundreds of size and style combinations, and we use the latest technology for our HVAC systems.  Every product utilized in our builds is chosen for its long-life cycles and minimal maintenance.  We do all our design work in-house and at no cost to our clients.  We build in lengths from 20’ to 52’ and our beams are available from 8’6” to 15’9”
