This Steiger Craft 31 Fisherman has been purpose-built for anglers who demand serious offshore capability, maximizing cockpit space, storage, and fishability. Designed with two oversized in-deck fish boxes, a large transom livewell, and extensive tackle storage, the 31 Fisherman delivers true canyon-range performance supported by twin Yamaha 300s and a 325-gallon fuel capacity for 450+ miles of range.
Inside the pilothouse, the helm sits to starboard with matching shock-absorbing captain’s chairs on both sides and bench seating aft. The pilothouse is designed for heavy-duty use, offering abundant gear and tackle storage throughout.
Below, the cabin has been intentionally simplified for anglers—Steiger enlarges the berth by removing the enclosed head typically found on the 31DV. A marine head remains installed, along with fans, LED lighting, and storage.
