Meet the youngest addition to the SL Boats range: Marina den Oever. This fully manufactured houseboat in the Netherlands surpasses every competitor when it comes to quality and sustainability.

The base consists of an unparalleled stainless steel pontoon made of two compartmentalized stainless steel floats, which are connected by a stainless steel intermediate box, forming a solid whole. The stainless steel compartments are machine-formed, connected by a welding robot, and checked and pressed per segment.

The superstructure consists of a very solid Light Steel Frame equipped with high-quality insulation and plastic window frames fitted with HR++ glazing. Regarding the engine, you can choose between electric drive or a fuel variant. The preparation for a bow thruster is standard, and navigation lights are also standardly installed.

On the outside, the ship is finished with a black fender, black powder-coated railing, 4 stainless steel mooring cleats, and full-core plastic terrace boards. This houseboat is standardly delivered with a kitchen and bathroom, but a fully furnished version is also among the possibilities. In short, a Dutch quality product at a competitive price!

Your houseboat is standardly equipped with:
fender, air conditioning (cooling and heating), lighting via spotlights throughout the ship, sanitary facilities, 100L boiler, shower and toilet extraction, towel radiator in the bathroom, PVC floor, sliding door, kitchen including refrigerator with freezer compartment, sewage pump, stainless steel mooring cleats, sliding door cabinets, wall finishing, painting inside and out, terrace, (safety railing).
Including transport to Marina Den Oever.

Berth and parking space:
For the berth and parking space of your Houseboat in Marina Den Oever, you pay a fixed amount per year.
The berth/box has a size of 9 by 10.5 meters (Houseboat type SL1350 is also accepted in this box).
You rent the berth according to the general Hiswa conditions for a period of 5 years after which the agreement transitions to an indefinite period.
Costs berth/box € 3,500,- per year, excl. 21% VAT.

Service costs:
Marina Den Oever charges a fixed amount per year for the following costs:
- waste disposal, sewage tax, fixed water and electricity charges, wifi in the marina, use of laundry room and toilets, general supervision, general maintenance, etc.
Costs per houseboat / berth € 375,- per year, excl. VAT

Tourist or Commuter tax:
If you rent out a stay for payment to tourists or other visitors, you owe the municipality tourist tax.
This amount can be passed on to the guest in the costs for the overnight stay. In the declaration, you report the number of guests and overnight stays.
Tourist tax is € 1.55 per person per night.
Tourist tax for personal use is € 35,- per year.

Electricity and water:
From May 1 to the end of October, electricity consumption is included in the berth fee. From the end of October to the end of April, electricity consumption is measured per berth and charged to the user. • Electricity rate: € 0.50 / KWH*
• Water rate: € 2.50 / m3*
* price changes by suppliers of electricity and water will be passed on to the owner
