2024 Shearwater 250 XTE, The Shearwater 250 XTE is a high-performance hybrid bay boat designed for serious anglers and discerning boaters who expect offshore capability, inshore agility, and uncompromising luxury. At 24'8" in length with a wide 8’6” beam and a 20° deadrise, the 250 XTE offers superior stability, smooth handling, and dry ride performance in virtually any condition—from open bays to backwater flats. Engineered with American Marine Sports' exclusive HPI™ (High Pressure Injection) double-hull process, the 250 XTE features a chemically bonded, Kevlar®-reinforced outer hull fused to a full-length inner liner and injected with closed-cell foam for unmatched strength, buoyancy, and impact resistance. The result: a silent, flex-free, unsinkable structure with a limited lifetime hull warranty.

Step aboard the luxury console outfitted with custom dash panels, JL Audio Media Master, and (4) 7.7” marine speakers, plus push-button switches and an in-console head for comfort on long outings. Plush helm seating with flip-up bolsters, folding armrests, and an integrated baitwell combines ergonomic design with practicality. A custom fiberglass hard top comes loaded with a 6-jet misting system, spreader lights, overhead and docking lights, rod holders, and more.

With a 47-gallon livewell system, twin rod lockers, clear-view baitwell lid, 8 stainless flush rod holders, recirculating aerators, and high-speed pickups, the 250 XTE is tournament ready.
