The boat will be in our sales harbor in Sneek from October 1, 2025, as the photos cannot show how beautiful and solidly built the boat is in reality. The photos were taken while it was sailing from Ermelo to Sneek during the weekend of September 28, 2025. The boat is definitely worth seeing. Please make an appointment with us in advance!

Upon delivery of the boat to a new owner, a bow thruster will be installed, the bottom of the boat will be cleaned, and if necessary, new antifouling will be applied!

The boat can easily be expanded with additional wishes such as solar panels and possibly air conditioning. The pipes for air conditioning are already present.
The boat is designed and built in such a way that modifications can be excellently executed. (Crawl space under the entire boat)

The houseboat has a spacious living area with an open kitchen. The nice thing about the design of this houseboat is the steering console at the front of the boat. Accessible via a corridor with bedrooms and toilet and bathroom on either side.
The living area is at the back of the boat with beautiful French doors to the rear terrace, which significantly enlarges the living area in nice weather. The lovely model of this houseboat with the beautiful line sloping down to the back of the boat provides shelter on the sides of the terrace.

The houseboat has a large capacity of tanks.
Fresh water is separated. 920 liters for utility water. And 250 liters suitable for drinking water with extra carbon filtration.
Luxury kitchen with dishwasher.
There is a connection for a washing machine in the boat.

There are two bedrooms with enough closet space. 1 master bedroom with a double bed 140 by 200. And a bedroom with a bunk bed.

Everything can be installed upon request. There is enough space and facilities on the ship for this.

The demo model has a service battery (120 ah lead battery) so that all facilities work on 12 volts when the boat is not connected to shore power. Including battery trickle charger.
This demo also already includes a Depth Sounder from Raymarine DST800 Transducer with i40 Bidata display. Camera, Navigation lights, Wi-Fi antenna, VHF handheld Standard Horizon HX210E.
