Solidly built for comfortable and sustainable living on the water
This houseboat is specially designed for permanent residence, with a construction that excels in durability, sustainability, and insulation comfort. The structure is extremely solidly executed, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant indoor climate and stable positioning on the water all year round.
The base consists of fully foamed HDPE floats (trimaran construction) of 9 mm thickness, supported by a sturdy aluminum frame. The structure is realized with a cage construction, which ensures a rigid and strong structure. To prevent cold bridges, this cage construction is located on the inside, while the insulated sandwich panels are placed on the outside – a smart solution that ensures optimal thermal performance.
The side walls consist of maintenance-free 80 mm sandwich panels (Rc-value 4.7) with a stylish wood-look facade cladding on the outside. The floor is equipped with no less than 120 mm insulation (Rc-value 5.45) and the roof is made up of 100 mm sandwich panels (Rc-value 4.7). Together, this provides excellent insulation values, minimizing heat loss and allowing you to heat energy-efficiently.
A special detail is the extra interior height: this houseboat is built 10 cm higher than standard, with a ceiling height of 240 cm. This creates a more spacious feeling and extra comfort on board – a subtle but noticeable difference that significantly enhances living enjoyment.

Both sliding doors are equipped with high-quality insect screens, while the side windows have screens. Â
Heat, atmosphere, and smart technology
In addition to the comfortable underfloor heating, extra atmosphere and warmth have been created through a modern pellet stove (value €4,000). This can be easily controlled via an app on your phone – ideal for turning on the heat while you are on your way. When you return home, you will find a cozy and atmospheric interior waiting for you.
The entire lighting on board is equipped with Philips Hue, allowing you to effortlessly create the right atmosphere via switch, phone, or iPad – from bright daylight to warm evening light.

Quiet, powerful, and extremely maneuverable – electric sailing in luxury and silence
Experience the ease of quiet sailing with maximum maneuverability and comfort.
This houseboat is the first in the Netherlands equipped with two 48V 15kW BlueNav BlueSpin electric motors – the latest generation of 360° rotating pods. Thanks to this innovative drive, with one motor at the front and one at the back, sailing and docking become child's play. The integrated Docking Mode makes a separate bow or stern thruster completely unnecessary.
The propulsion and household system are powered by a total of four powerful MG lithium batteries (2x 24V 304Ah per motor, good for about 15 kWh per motor). This not only provides an impressive range but also an extremely reliable power supply on board.
Â
Fully self-sufficient with solar energy
On board, there are no less than 18 solar panels, which provide a generous daily yield. On sunny days, the batteries are quickly charged, allowing you to live completely independent of shore power for most of the season. Only in the winter months is a little support from the shore sometimes needed.
Â
Smart technology, always insight into your system
Through the Victron Cerbo system and the Victron Touch 50 display, you have real-time insight into your energy consumption from anywhere in the world. The user-friendly VRM app from Victron shows you at a glance how full the batteries are, how much power the solar panels are generating, and whether the shore power is active.
While sailing, the BlueNav app, integrated into the Raymarine Axiom navigation screen, provides clear information about consumption, charging status, rudder angle, and engine data. This way, you always have control – simple, clear, and fully digital.
With its advanced electric propulsion, solar energy system, and smart monitoring, this houseboat is not only quiet and sustainable but also exceptionally user-friendly. A unique combination of innovation, freedom, and luxury comfort on the water.
