Description
In 2023 we launched the Holland Houseboat type Sundeck 48. It has a length of 12.95 by 4.80 meters and is equipped with a spacious newly finished living room and a furnished open kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The basic model has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobes. Adjacent to the living room is a large terrace with railing. The roof terrace is accessible via a sturdy staircase at the rear of the Holland Houseboat.
The boat is heated by underfloor heating. Due to the high-quality insulation, the Holland Houseboat is also very suitable for use in winter. The Sundeck Monohull 48 boat offers various options such as air conditioning, dishwasher, solar panels, sailing package, and a variable layout regarding bedrooms. A boating license is not required to operate the boat. It can be moored without a permit or berth.
In the Butenjachthaven in Lemmer, we also offer the opportunity to acquire a water plot in 100% ownership, along with a second berth for a dinghy.
