The layout of the Variotop®:

In the salon, you will find a spacious L-shaped sofa and galley on the starboard side. On the port side, there is a vis-a-vis dinette. Opposite the seating area in the salon is a low cabinet wall. The large TV (good reception via Wi-Fi router and Apple TV) on the back wall in the salon is pleasant to watch from various angles.

The galley is spacious and bright and equipped with an induction cooktop, a combi oven (microwave and convection oven), a dishwasher, and a luxury version of the Nespresso coffee maker.

The chic aft cabin features a spacious double bed with mattresses of excellent quality, an en-suite bathroom with a stylish washbasin, an adjoining shower, and a Geberit shower toilet. Furthermore, there is plenty of storage space in the aft cabin, a desk, and a cozy seating area.

The forward cabin has a spacious double bed and cabinets, with a separate toilet and shower area. The guest cabin has 2 single beds, one of which is movable, so it can be used as a double bed. Plus, there is sufficient storage space in the aft cabin.

The shower in the forepeak is equipped with a washer-dryer, which is comfortable for longer stays on board.

In all rooms and between spaces, it is noticeable that there are many wardrobes, drawers, and other storage space.

The 17 kW powerful generator ensures that you are always completely independent of marinas or berths with shore power connections.

Every space on this yacht is equipped with an air conditioning system that can be controlled per room.

In the wheelhouse, there is a dashboard with an extensive set of navigation equipment: dual plotter screen, autopilot, AIS and radar, tiller steering function, VHF radio, cameras all around, Navionics map Europe, proportional powerful bow and stern thruster. Remote control via Yachtcontroller for operating the bow and stern thruster and both engines. The steering position is equipped with a luxury leather double seat that can be electrically adjusted to any position. In the steering seat, there is a small pull-out bar table. Behind the steering seat is a kitchenette with a sink and a refrigerator. In the wheelhouse, there is a second bench seat on the port side.

For the connection to shore power, there are 2 connections with 2 shore power cables.

This yacht is powered by two powerful Volvo engines and is equipped with a set of powerful stabilizers for large waters or rough seas.

The mast is easily electrically lowered.

Unique: This beautiful motor yacht can be purchased for business purposes (21% VAT refundable) while retaining a place in the fleet of Sanzi Yachts - Linssen Yachts North Netherlands. We take over the yacht management and put the yacht in for trial sails or skippered charters. You can use the yacht yourself and also generate income.
