You sleep in the hold of the sturdy steel ship hull. This 'souterrain' is pleasantly cool but above all comfortable. Above the bedroom is a lounge area with an adjoining well-equipped kitchen. Visually separated by the bathroom with normal shower and toilet. From the inside, you ascend via the gently sloping stairs to the sunken roof terrace. This DEMO Sailing Loft sails fully electric. It is powered by two 10kw rotating pods which provide a unique sailing experience. This ship is not a houseboat but the Tesla on the water. With the solar panels on the roof, it allows you to stay on and by the water for days.
