The Castalia is the larger version of the Harbor Lodge Melite.
The boat is built according to the housing construction regulations.
The berth is paid until March 2026 and can be transferred. Estimated costs are 4500 per year including VAT.
The Harbor Lodge is CE-D approved as a vessel. Built sustainably on fully maintenance-free polyethylene floats and a frame with fender and seaworthy coating. Strong composite deck parts on the front and rear deck (and side edge). Fully insulated bottom, floor, and walls. The insulated low-maintenance walls are covered with plastic cladding.
