- Roof, roof-wall connection, floor-wall connection, and around window openings a wind and waterproof shell of Polyurea.
- Fraké facade cladding with facade lighting.
- Inner walls of SIP panels with 4cm PIR insulation. Finished on both sides with a white HPL (easy to clean)
