In almost new condition Linssen 30 SL-Sedan from the year 2021. The perfect ship for a couple only, but....the (grand)children can also come along!
Due to its compact dimensions, this ship is excellent to handle and thanks to the existing bow and stern thruster, docking is child's play.
It is wonderful to enjoy the surroundings while sitting in the cozy open cockpit, where the contact with the water is optimal. Thanks to a door in the transom, you can comfortably step on board or back ashore. Since the kitchen is located above in the salon, a cool drink is always at hand when you enjoy the good life outside in the cockpit. Moreover, while preparing a meal, you have a beautiful view. You enjoy that meal on the cozy dinette/salon sofa, from where you also have a good view outside. After a beautiful day, full of impressions you have gained, it is good to rest in the owner's cabin on an easily accessible and comfortable freestanding bed, with both wet rooms en-suite.

Accommodation
Living spaces: Accessible Open Cockpit via a transom door, equipped with cockpit benches. The two opening salon doors connect the salon with the open cockpit, or vice versa. In the salon, on the starboard side, is the dinette/salon sofa and the helm. On the port side is the spacious kitchen. Forepeak: From the salon to the front, there is a separate shower room on the starboard side and on the port side the toilet with sink. At the very point is the owner's cabin with a freestanding bed and storage space.
