DL-Houseboat 1350 Captain's cabin "Vrouwe Eelkje"
This spacious houseboat, built in the Netherlands, is absolutely unique due to its 'captain's cabin'. This 'Captain's cabin' or panorama cabin offers no less than 3 extra sleeping places with a very special view. The hull is an aluminum catamaran. The floats are made of 5 mm seawater-resistant aluminum H111, 5083. The dimensions are 13 x 4.5 meters including a built-in swimming ladder. The walls of the superstructure are 7 cm thick sandwich panel (also the 'captain's cabin'); finished on both sides with a polyester honeycomb profile, enclosed by an aluminum U-profile. The windows consist of double safety glass, 'thermopane'.
The living room is equipped with large aluminum sliding doors with a double sliding door to the spacious front terrace. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, combination oven, and dishwasher. There is a master bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a large storage closet. A staircase in the room leads to the panorama cabin (roof cabin) where there are three more beds. The solar panels are located on this roof cabin.
On the back deck is the spiral staircase to the terrace above.
The boat is delivered with complete inventory and is therefore fully ready to sail.
