This Campi was for sale for 115,000 excluding VAT, but is temporarily reduced in price and can now be purchased for 85,000 euros excluding VAT because some repair work needs to be done. (Leakage at the floor). The repair is currently in the quotation phase. Owners want to enjoy their retirement and actually do not want to spend time on this anymore. That is why the price is now so low.
Some work has already been initiated. So once the repairs are completed, the price will go up again.

The owners have already invested a lot in this Campi 400. The electrical system has been completely modified, boiler replaced, inverter replaced, etc.

Warmly furnished Campi 400 with 2 bedrooms with 2 x double beds. It is from 2021 and very suitable for rental. It has been rented out for 3 years and has as a special design 2 bedrooms with a (one of which is extendable) double bed. (see photos)

In consultation with the harbor master, the mooring at Meerparel in Uitgeest can be taken over. For personal recreational use or for rental (by and through Meerparel).

The price is excluding VAT because a business buyer can still deduct the VAT. The price includes all options and the furnishings of the boat.

The boat has an electric boiler, (renewed in 2024) electric cooking, and electric heating. In 2022, the wooden stairs to the roof terrace were replaced by the renewed plastic stairs with wooden treads. The batteries were replaced in 2024 with Gel batteries.
On January 31, 2025, a new inverter was installed, inverter Victoria energy EasySolar-II GX

The 9.9 engines were removed from the boat upon purchase and have always been stored. So only used once for crossing from the crane to the mooring. So still as good as new.
