This cozy and comfortable Linssen Grand Sturdy 470 Sedan Wheelhouse combines classic maritime lines with modern comfort features and excellent sailing characteristics, making it easy to handle for everyone. The yacht is equipped with two quiet Volvo D3 engines, bow and stern thrusters, and a rearview camera, making maneuvering and long trips relaxing and safe, and is prepared for stabilizers; on board, there is also a generator, washing machine/dryer, and it features a comfortable underfloor heating system that provides pleasant warmth throughout the ship.
The interior exudes warmth, thanks to the cherry wood paneling and a thoughtful, spacious layout. In the forepeak, there is a spacious forward cabin with a freestanding double bed with slatted base, with a generous shower on one side and a bathroom with toilet and sink on the other side. Midship is a second cabin with two single beds, opposite which is a guest toilet. The spacious galley is complete, equipped with an induction cooktop, combi oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, directly opposite the galley is a generous dinette that, together with the salon and open cockpit, forms one large, cozy living space. The salon offers plenty of natural light and a generous sofa; the indoor steering position on the starboard side has an optimal view and is equipped with extensive navigation equipment and remote control. The large electric sliding roof above the salon gives the whole a delightful outdoor feel.
The open cockpit flows seamlessly into the salon through folding doors and is furnished as a lounge with a sofa covered in leather cushions and a fixed high-gloss lacquered table, equipped with a (fixed) longtop that can be closed off with tent sections and comfortably accommodates at least eight people. In the cockpit cellar, there is plenty of storage space, including for folding bikes, and the spacious swimming platform is equipped with Davits New Style installed in 2025. The ship has a robust, sturdy appearance with chic maritime allure and gives an immediate homely impression upon entering; an ideal choice for those who value reliability, comfort, and thoughtful design, both for short outings and long trips.
